What is Lead Your Glow?+
Lead Your Glow is a mentoring and coaching service for adults 25 and above who want to think more clearly, make sharper decisions, and build real momentum. The work spans career direction, confidence, money, overthinking, AI as a practical skill, and accountability. It is practical support, not a programme or a course.
Is this coaching, mentoring, or strategy?+
It is all three, depending on what you need. Some sessions are about having someone challenge your thinking. Others are about building a plan. Others are about working through a specific decision. The label matters less than the outcome. You leave with clarity and a clear next step, every time.
Who is this for?+
Adults 25 and above who know something needs to change but are not sure exactly what or how. People who are capable and already trying, but stuck in their own head. People who want honest support rather than vague motivation. If that sounds like you, it is worth a conversation.
Can I work with you online?+
Yes. All sessions are available online. Most clients work with Archie remotely, from wherever they are. The format is flexible and the work is the same whether you are in Sydney or somewhere else entirely.
Do you work with people in Australia in person?+
Yes. In-person sessions are available in North Sydney, New South Wales. If you are based locally or visiting, that option is available when you book. Just mention it when you reach out.
What if I do not know exactly what I need yet?+
That is completely normal and it is not a barrier. Most people do not arrive with a perfectly formed question. A short conversation is often enough to figure out what is actually going on and what needs attention first. You do not need to have it sorted before you reach out.
How do I know which track is right for me?+
The Work With Me page outlines the three main containers and six starting tracks. If you read through those and are still unsure, reach out and describe where you are. That is what the first conversation is for. It is free, no commitment, and it usually makes the right option obvious.
What happens when I reach out?+
You send a short message with your name, email, and what you are ready to change. Archie replies within one to two business days. If it sounds like a fit, you have a short conversation to confirm. From there, you choose the right container and start. There is no hard sell and no pressure to commit to anything.
