There is no set curriculum and no fixed agenda week-to-week. You bring what you want to work on. We find what is worth focusing on and move through it together. Every session ends with a clear next step.

Yes. The Driver's Seat exists for people who want focused support around one issue before deciding on anything more. It is a strong starting point on its own.

Three sessions gives enough space to move from insight into action. Most people find that one conversation produces clarity, but follow-through happens over weeks, not hours. And you still choose the pace.
